PREPARATION & DELIVERY TIMES. Luvantia undertakes to prepare your order within 1 to 3 working days. The estimated delivery times are:

7 to 9 days

These times are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand or in the event of a strike by carriers. Luvantia cannot be held liable for delays attributable to carriers.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY If an item is unavailable, we will inform you immediately. You may choose to keep or cancel your order and, in the event of cancellation, you will receive a full refund within 14 days.

DELIVERY NOT MADE / RETURNED PARCEL If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it:

Failure to collect the parcel from the collection point within the specified time frame

Incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer

In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a new dispatch (re-dispatch costs to be borne by the customer). In the event of a cancellation request, you will be refunded the cost of the items, less any postage costs incurred.
